The 1% of income spent will never go unnoticed by God but He will return that fully as the Holy Quran said, “Who is he that will lend unto Allah (God of All) a goodly loan, so that He will multiply it unto him manifold.” (and will reward it amply and most liberally) (2:245) and in the words of Bible, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasure in heavens, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. (Mt. 6: 19-20)

We remind the words of the person who devoted all his wealth for supplementing the ancient scriptures and really did sacrifice for such a noble cause.

It is not sufficient any longer to listen at the end of a wire to the rustlings of galaxies; it is not enough even to examine the great coil of DNA in which coded the very alphabet of life. These are our extended perceptions. But beyond lies the great darkness of the ultimate Dreamer, who dreamed the light and the galaxies. The unseen things are the eternal and the seen things are the changing, the transient.

If one man conquer in the battle a thousand times a thousand men and another conquer himself, he is the greatest of conquerors. One’s own self conquered is better that all other people conquered, not even a God could change into defeat the victory of a man who vanquished himself.

When we consider what religion is for (humanity) and what science is, it is no exaggeration to say that the future course of history depends upon the decision of this generation as to the relations between them.

Sufism teaches how to purify one’s self, improve one’s morals and build up one’s inner and outer life in order to attain perpetual bliss. Its subject matter is the purification of the soul and its end or aim is the attainment of eternal felicity and blessedness.

This is the blossoming time in human creation. Evolution is accelerating. Progress is accelerating. One of God’s great blessings to human beings is change, and the present acceleration of change in the world is an overflowing of this blessing. Should those who love god devote over 1% of income to research for new additional spiritual information to supplement the wonderful ancient scriptures?

Humanity needs three things today – a Spiritual interpretation of universe, spiritual emancipation of the individual, and basic principles of a universal import directing the evolution of human society on a spiritual basis.

Despite the choices still possible and the options still available, despite the paths still open to be taken, despite the warmings of Prophets and sentries, despite the outcries of the poets and the weak, this blindness is now leading men to will….. their own destruction.

We should pray for those who irritate us. Our mind is very much like a garden, fertile with good soil, water, sunlight, and drainage. We as the gardeners of our minds, can cultivate whatever thoughts we choose; we must nourish good thoughts, weed out the bad ones, and ensure that evil thinking does not overshadow and blackout the radiance of the god. By years of careful thought control, your mind can become a garden of indescribable beauty “As a man thinketh so is he”.

If God created the earth as a school for souls, then most of us are very lazy pupils. Most of us fail the test. Life on earth is brief. We are in this school only a few years. Why should we waste even one day? Each night when we lie down to sleep can we say we have learned to love God more or helped our neighbour to love God more?
